Although Kenya Commercial bank has had trainings since its inception, i.e as far as back in 1962 when her predecessor, the National and Grindlays Bank operated an institute in today’s Kenya National Archives building where the latter was housed. Later on training moved to KCB building on Enterprise road, in Industrial Area as a training school. It is in pursuit of the same goals that the Ultra modern KCB Leadership Centre was built in Karen.
The conceptual framework for building a training Centre with adequate tuition, accommodation and recreational facilities was laid down in 1985., when the KCB Group purchased a prime 57 acre plot in Karen. Construction project was commissioned in 1989 and on 12th February 1991, His Excellency President Daniel T. Arap Moi officially inaugurated the Centre.
KCB LEADERSHIP CENTER: The perfect venue for both business and recreational facilities.
