What is required*

  • Must reside abroad.
  • Valid Kenyan Passport or national ID.
  • KRA PIN certificate.
  • Notarized proof of address e.g. utility bill, driving license.
  • Duly signed FATCA form for USA citizens.
  • Colored passport sized photo.

Documentation Fee & Service fee*

  • Opening Balance-Kes 2,000 or equivalent.
  • Monthly maintenance fee-Kes 1000.
  • Zero minimum operating balance.
  • Visa Debit card one-off at - Kes 430.
  • ATM withdrawal charge - Kes 30.
  • Cheque book fee-Kes 8 per leaf or equivalent in foreign currency.
  • Over the counter withdrawal fee - Kes 200.
  • Incoming swift charge -Kes 600.

*Charges are not inclusive of tax.
