Biashara Club continues to strengthen its value proposition by building practical partnerships, initiatives, and opportunities that respond to the real needs of business customers. A key milestone this year has been the collaboration between Biashara Club and the Card Issuing team to expand payment solutions for entrepreneurs through the KCB Visa Business Credit Card.
Launched at Safari Park Hotel in February 2026, the card is designed to support business owners with greater flexibility in managing expenses, payments, and working capital. Since the launch, the Club has continued to create awareness around the product during physical workshops held across the country, ensuring members understand how it can support day-to-day business operations and long-term growth.
Beyond financial tools, Biashara Club has also deepened its partnership with Bancassurance to help members better understand and respond to emerging risks in the business environment.
Through workshops conducted across the country, entrepreneurs have been exposed to insurance solutions and risk-management insights that are increasingly important in today’s uncertain operating climate. This focus reflects the Club’s broader commitment to helping MSMEs protect what they have built while positioning themselves for sustainable growth.
At the same time, the Club continues to enhance its non-financial solutions for MSMEs. These include business training, networking opportunities, market linkages, and capacity-building programmes that equip members with knowledge, connections, and exposure beyond traditional banking.
For many entrepreneurs, these interventions are just as valuable as credit because they open doors to new ideas, new customers, and new ways of running more resilient enterprises.
Market exposure also remains central to the Biashara Club experience. Through international trade fairs and learning missions, members are given opportunities to connect with new markets, explore supplier relationships, and learn from business environments beyond their immediate networks.
These exposure visits are intended to help entrepreneurs think bigger, build stronger supply chains, and identify opportunities that can improve competitiveness at home.
Member engagement has equally remained a priority, with knowledge-sharing forums, webinars, and business networking sessions creating spaces for entrepreneurs to learn from experts and from one another.
In this way, Biashara Club is not only providing products and services; it is nurturing a community where business owners can exchange experiences, form meaningful connections, and access opportunities that support growth at every stage of their journey.
