A founder and CEO of Xllent Co. Ltd and as a veteran of both local and global boards, Ms. Nyala
offers deep understanding of corporate governance, risk mitigation, and international regulatory
environments. Her dual perspective, rooted in both regional market nuances and global corporate
standards, allows her to provide invaluable oversight on risk & audit committees and Investment
Banking. Her core competencies derived from an impressive career at Barclays Bank London,
