Reporting to the Head - Employee Relations & Wellness, the Employee Relations & Wellness Analyst is responsible for providing all Employee Relations administrative and analytical support as well as collecting, compiling, and analyzing ER data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to make recommendations related to the key performance indicators of the department.
