Reporting to the Group HR Director, the role holder will be tasked to provide a framework for identifying learning options/curriculum/programs to meet business and staff needs, skill gaps and competency acquisition or development. This role also assesses the staff talent and skills level in the organization, identifies, manages and develops high potential and talent through accelerated development, retraining, internal resourcing and external recruitment as may apply.
