Community Liaison Officer (CLM) will have the responsibility of maintaining continuous engagement with women's groups, Trainers of Trainers (TOTs) and stakeholders across the Project. Serving as the main connection between the project team and the supported communities, the CLM will play a facilitative role in communicating issues, decisions, opinions, and perceptions to the Project Management and other key stakeholders. Sensitivity to local and national contexts is crucial, and the CLM is expected to establish effective working relationships with diverse groups and key partners/stakeholders.
