Reporting to the Head, Integrated Marketing Communications, the Marketing Manager, Brand Experience shall be responsible for designing, developing, and executing seamless events, activations that leave consumers with memorable experiences of KCB brand across various touch points. This role will lead the creation of authentic, meaningful, and impactful brand experiences for KCB through sports sponsorships and brand activations so as to grow brand love and brand equity. This will include an ability to articulate and translate the brand promise into exciting ideas and ensuring they are executed according to a desired picture of success. The incumbent will need to be well anchored and grounded in consumer trends to be able to identify strategic event opportunities for consumers through sponsorships, launches, promotions, activations, partnerships, working with multiple partners to ensure seamless implementation and driving business KPI’s.
