The KCB Chess Team delivered an impressive performance at the Kisumu Open Chess Championship, securing the 2nd runners-up position in the Best Corporate Category in a highly competitive tournament held in Kisumu.
The event brought together top corporate teams, seasoned players, and rising talents from across the country, making the podium finish a strong statement from the KCB side.
A standout performer for the team was Cassidy, who emerged as the Best Women's Player Overall during the tournament’s special competition held at the Jalaram Academy. Her performance showcased both tactical strength and consistency across the rounds, earning her recognition among the tournament’s top players.
