Terms of reference for the Development of the Operations Manual for the Climate Smart Technologies (CST) Facility

The objective of this activity is to develop a comprehensive Operations Manual for the CST Facility. The manual will integrate science-backed technical and financial analyses to ensure alignment with commercial bank offerings and foster a paradigm shift in promoting CST adoption by MSMEs. The Manual should ensure compliance with GCF financing standards and alignment with GCF’s mission to support lowemission and climate-resilient development pathways.
