Request for Proposal for Supply, Implementation and Maintenance of a Human Resource Management (HRMS) Solution

The group currently runs a Legacy HRMS Solution powered by Oracle Technology. The desire is to overhaul the existing implementation by installing a fresh modern HRMS Solution that comes with modern features for employee workforce management.
This document constitutes the formal Request for Proposals (RFP) for Supply, implementation and Maintenance of an Enterprise HRMS Solution and is being availed on open tender basis and is open for bids from companies that meet the requirements stated herein.
