CHATBOT SOLUTION

This document constitutes the formal Request for Proposal (RFP) for the supply, installation (including configuration) and commissioning a chat bot solution.

The key objective is to provide the Bank with relevant information for the identification of a suitable vendor for the implementation of such solution which would be integrated into the customer contact channels, WhatsApp, Social media, website, voice and other channels that may be used by the bank in future.
