How to Access PAPPS

You can access PAPSS at any KCB Branch countrywide and on the KCB mobile Banking APP.

For Branch customers, they will be required to fill in a form capturing the transaction details, present it to the teller with your identification documents and or supporting documents depending on the nature and amount of the transaction.

For Mobile Banking customers, customers will log onto Mobile Banking and click on Global Transfers, under the global transfers tab the PAPSS icon will be visible. Click on the PAPSS icon and enter required information to process the transaction.

How to Activate PAPPS for Use

The service is available to all KCB customers. Customers are not required to sign up or activate the service.

For branch customers simply request to send a transaction through PAPSS and for Mobile Banking users access the service on the KCB Mobile app under the Global Transfers Tab.

Transfast

It is a money transfer service offering cross-border remittances. Customers are able to receive money directly into account, mobile or at any of its 200,000+ payout points globally.

  • How do I send money through Transfast?
    • Visit a money transfer agent in your area with your ID/passport or relevant identification documentation accepted.
    • The agent personnel will capture your send transaction details and provide you with a 13-digit Transfast tracking number.
    • provide the recipient you have sent money to with the relevant 13-digit Transfast tracking number.
    • The receiver can then collect the cash from any Money Transfer agent offering Transfast money services in the beneficiary country. 
  • How to receive money via Transfast
    • Have your 13-digit Transfast tracking number from your sender, country you are receiving from and the transfer amount expected.
    • Visit a KCB Bank Branch near to you.
    • Provide your transfer details together with your government-issued ID.
    • The Teller will pay your money in cash.
