  • For construction including the purchase of the plot.
  • For direct purchase of completed residential houses.

• What is the loan limit?

  • Maximum loan limit of up to Kes. 10.5M countrywide.

• What is the loan tenure?

  • Up to 25 years subject to retirement age for salaried individuals.
  • Up to 15 years for self-employed/individuals in business.
  • Minimum unexpired lease term of 40 years.

• What do I need to apply for a direct purchase?

  1. Three latest consecutive pay slips.
  2. Sale agreement/offer letter.
  3. Copy of ID and KRA PIN.
  4. Valuation (post approval condition).
  5. Bank statements for the last 6 months for salaried customers and 12 months statements for self-employed/individuals doing business.

• What do I need to apply for a construction mortgage?

  1. Submission of approved building plans.
  2. Submission of approved structural drawings.
  3. Submission of the priced Bill of Quantities (BQs) duly signed.
  4. Project team CV’s/ registration certificates & current practicing license.
  5. NCA Certificate
